Erika has been with our team for over 19 years and has always been a strong resident advocate and went above and beyond to provide our residents with the best care and support during their stay with us. The Resident Voice program is designed to meet and exceed all our customer’s expectations on their journey to wellness at Arbors at Pomeroy. Our Resident Voice Advocate will meet with all of our new admissions within 24 hours to check them in, and spend time with them each day to ensure that they are comfortable and satisfied with their stay.
