I chose Arbors at Pomeroy for myself. I had no place to live at the time and was homeless. Lori and Paige, both social workers are specific team members that stood out. I also quit smoking while I was with Arbors at Pomeroy.

I chose Arbors at Pomeroy because it was closer to home and family. Chris was very helpful and went out of his way to help. The entire staff have gone out of their way to make me comfortable. I really like the way it's set up. Easy access to everything. Made it personal. The staff always called me by my name.

Dear Erica, I can never adequately tell you how much you are appreciated. You were responsible for getting Tom into Arbors. The care he received in the few months in your facility was outstanding! They say the Lord sends angels to help us and I feel you were my angel. Debbie O, Jennifer, Ricci, and Evan were so good to him! I also appreciated Dr. Toothman!

I had a very good experience. It is my third time here and I can see deer outside of my window. 3 big deer and 3 baby deer. Admissions and Activities, and physical therapy all stand out to me. The Admissions person is a wonderful person to talk to and explains things. Activities is inclusive and they do really good activities. Therapy helped get my strength back in my leg and arms and they're fantastic people.

Before this, I was in another rehab facility and did not get near the results that I have gotten here.

I chose Arbors at Pomeroy because someone I know works here. Therapy helped me walk again. I like it here. It's fairly quiet and there are nice people working here. If I need to come back, I will.

I had a previous experience with Arbors at Pomeroy three years ago. My husband was here until his passing recently and the care was exceptional. When I was here in May 2015, I was in A-Wing. I had great care and I would recommend A-Wing staff, nurses, aids, and Nursing Assistants for recognition. My husband was in B-Wing when he passed in January of 2018 and had wonderful care as well.

Everyone is so friendly and treats you like family here. They will do anything within reason that you ask of them. I would recommend this facility to anyone whose loved one require nursing care. I am confined to my bed, and when I am feeling downhearted, the staff always finds a way to cheer me up.
